Now we hope that downtime will be minimal, but with how weird this process can end up being, it may take some time. During this time, your servers will be offline, however I hope that it will be a minimal impact. VPS clients, you&#039;ll receive a email with your new IP&#039;s, and it should only take a quick reboot to update, however feel free to open a ticket if it doesn&#039;t and we can help :)

The maintenance block is 2 hours, however it should not take that long at all. Feb 1, 02:00:01 GMT+0 - Identified - Maintenance is now in progress Feb 1, 03:14:13 GMT+0 - Identified - After moving Alexandra (VPS node) to the new subnet, we observed all of our VPS&#039;s being unable to be reached (This includes all our panels). After moving Alexandra back to the old subnet temporarily, the VPS&#039;s still cannot be reached. At the current moment, I am stumped, neither me or anyone on the technical team can see anything which is directly causing this, which leads us to believe it is Virtfusion itself. I&#039;ve opened a ticket with Virtfusion, but I am unsure on when we will see a reply. I will keep everyone updated, and SLA will be handed out Feb 1, 03:43:18 GMT+0 - Completed - Maintenance has completed, Cassandra and Sabbath have been moved.
